Manager Martin Foyle Leaves Hereford United

MARTIN FOYLE has left cash-strapped Skrill Premier club United with the Bulls struggling both on and off the pitch.

At the club’s annual general meeting on Monday, it was revealed the Bulls made a loss of £499,000 for the year ending April 2013.

Chairman David Keyte, who has said he will step down if a takeover can be agreed, said the club need £300,000 to see out the season and that administration is a possibility.

On the pitch, the Bulls are just four points off the relegation places following ten games without a win and the ex-York boss has now left Edgar .

A Hereford statement said: “Hereford United can confirm that they are to part company with first team manager Martin Foyle and his assistant Andy Porter with immediate effect.

“The board of directors would like to thank Martin and Andy for their efforts during their time at Edgar Street and wish them well for the future.

The board will make a further announcement via the official website regarding future appointments in the near future.”
