CARL HEELEY has pinpointed the next three games as make or break time for his Worcester City side.
Worcester host Vauxhall Motors on Sunday before Stockport County and Histon also visit Aggborough over the next week.
City currently sit 17th in the Skrill North, eight points above the drop zone, but manager Heeley believes these matches are crucial to his side.
Heeley told The NLP: “It’s a pivotal week for us. We’ve got three games in six days and they are all at home.
“If we can take points from them then we can dispel any lingering fears that we may have about our league position.”
Worcester’s last game saw them suffer a 2-1 defeat at current leaders North Ferriby United, who ended the game with ten men.
Since the turn of the year, the Dragons have won seven of their 13 encounters, and Heeley is seeing the positives from these results.
He added: “Since Christmas, we have done really, really well so the confidence is there from the players.
“We had five players out for the game against North Ferriby and I think if we had them available then we could have taken something from the game against them.”
