WEYMOUTH striker Tim Sills is looking forward to the prospect of linking up with new teammate Stewart Yetton after completing his move to the Dorset club.
Yetton scored 27 goals for the Terras and fans will no doubt be looking forward to the prospect of the two lining up together.
Sills, now entering his 18th season of playing, brings plenty of experience with him and hopes to help the club find some form and push towards promotion this coming season.
The former Torquay United player admits that he might have to do some of the less glamorous work this year in order to help Yetton score the goals Weymouth will need if they are to mount a serious promotion challenge.
He said: “I’m looking forward to linking up with Stewart, absolutely. I’ve played against him a few times. He’s got a really good goalscoring record and even last year he scored a lot of goals in a mid-table team.
“Hopefully we can use our goalscoring as a real strength to the side and if I can take some of the non-scoring responsibilities from him, he can hopefully go on to get even more as well as maybe increasing my tally too.”
