HULL UNITED are trying to tempt fans down to their home opener on Saturday – by giving away a brand new car!
Supporters who attend the Northern Counties East League Division One game against Dronfield Town this weekend will have the chance of driving away in a new motor.
It’s the brainchild of owner Jamie Waltham who says the concept is a ‘gift to the people’ while fans at the game will also be given a ‘ticket for life’.
“If you come down to Dene Park on Saturday, you’ll find me there giving you two things,” Waltham said.
“Firstly, you’ll get a lifetime pass for the club if you don’t already have one. That’s exactly what it sounds like – you can get in free to Hull United for the rest of your life.
“You’ll also get a free raffle ticket and at the end of the game we will draw the raffle. The winner will be driving away in a brand new car.”
