CHRIS KINNEAR has been rewarded for Dover Athletic‘s great form, being named the Vanarama National League manager of the month for October.
The Whites are flying high in third after a great month in which they won five of their six league games including impressive wins at Gateshead and Tranmere.
Will Norris of Braintree – the only team to beat Dover in October – has taken home the players’ award for his performances in goal.
Norris, on loan from Cambridge United, kept five clean sheets in the month, helping the Iron into the play-off places.
Dave Challinor made it back-to-back success in the National League North, picking up manager of the month after keeping the Coasters on top with three league wins.
Five goals in five games meant Curzon Ashton striker Niall Cummins was named player of the month as the Nash climbed the table up to ninth.
Maidstone United boss Jay Saunders was rewarded with the South award as the Stones picked up three league wins including a big victory at leaders Ebbsfleet United.
And picking up the South’s player of the month gong is Maidenhead United winger Harry Pritchard. His performances inspire the Magpies in October as they flew up into the play-off spots.
