WORKSOP TOWN gem Tom Elliott is on the radar of a clutch of Football League clubs.
The 20-year-old, who recently had a trial with Sheffield Wednesday, is admired by League One clubs Sheffield United and Bury.
Last season the midfielder swept the club’s end of season prized with five awards including players’ player of the year.
League Two duo Luton and Cambridge United are also thought to be interested.
Elliott, who has handed in a transfer request, has come through the ranks of the Northern Counties East League club and manager Mark Shaw told the Worksop Guardian: “We won’t be jumping at the first deal. It has to be a good deal for Tom and the club.”
