NEW Whitehawk boss Richard Hill has continued his squad rebuild by releasing seven players from the National League South club.
Ex-Eastleigh manager Hill was named as the Hawks’ new boss earlier this month after the club parted company with Pablo Asensio.
The Hawks were one of the pre-season favourites in the National League South but they endured a slow start to the campaign and turned to Hill to take them up the table.
Hill, who led Eastleigh to the Conference South title in 2013-14, has already seen an improvement in results with two impressive away victories at Hampton & Richmond in the league and at East Thurrock in the FA Cup.
He signed three experienced former ex-Eastleigh players last week in defenders Ben Harding and Paul Reid as well as midfielder Glen Southam.
To balance the books, Hill has agreed to let seven of the current squad leave as he looks to put together a side capable of competing at the right end of the table.
The club have confirmed that Kleyton Agostini, Lucho Infante, Rodrigo Mann, Gabriel Yan, Matheus da Silva, Jose Mauricio Guzzi and Marcos Ribeiro have all left the Enclosed Ground.
