PAUL FAIRCLOUGH has named his 16-man England C squad for the crucial International Challenge Trophy game in Estonia.
Non-League‘s Three Lions travel to Tallinn in November knowing a victory would put them through to the final against Slovakia.
It would set up a tasty rematch following the 4-3 Slovakian win at Sutton United’s Gander Green Lane in June.
Fairclough has picked a strong squad, including four players from Lincoln City and two each from Aldershot, Barrow, Boreham Wood, Dagenham & Redbridge and Forest Green Rovers.
AFC Fylde midfielder James Hardy is the only player picked from outside Non-League’s top tier after Nuneaton’s Elliot Whitehouse signed for Lincoln City on Thursday.
Ahead of the trip to Estonia, the squad will meet up for a training camp at Warwick University at the end of the month.
The NLP will be bringing all of the best interviews from inside the camp as Fairclough’s young stars look to seal a place in the ICT final.
