LEAMINGTON boss Paul Holleran has ruled himself out of the running for the vacant managerial position at Solihull Moors.
National League side Solihull are searching for a new boss after Marcus Bignot left to take over League Two outfit Grimsby Town on Monday.
Bignot took assistant manager Micky Moore with him to Blundell Park while his other assistant Gary Whild has also left the club, leaving the Moors to search for a permanent replacement.
Holleran, manager of Evo-Stik League Southern Premier side Leamington, had been linked to Moors with the Brakes flying high at the top of the table.
He has been in charge for seven years and led the club to the Southern Premier title in 2012-13. The Brakes remained in the Conference North for two seasons before suffering relegation back to Step 3.
Leamington stuck with Holleran last season and he took them to the play-off final where they were beaten by Hungerford Town.
Despite being linked with a move to a National League club, Holleran says there is no chance of him leaving the New Windmill Ground.
The boss said: “Too many great people on and off the pitch for me to even think about it. As happy today as I was seven years ago.”
