LIAM CANAVAN fired in one of the goals of the season on Saturday as Kettering Town saw off Biggleswade Town in the Evo-Stik League Southern Premier.
The midfielder was in the right place at the right time after some head tennis and as the ball dropped to him, he unleashed an unstoppable volley from fully 30-yards.
Canavan’s effort was hit so sweetly that it flew over Biggleswade keeper Ian Brown and into the far corner of the net, putting Kettering on the way to a key three points.
Is Canavan’s goal the best you’ve seen this season? Judge for yourself below…
Outstanding effort but Dave tarpeys for Maidenhead united against dartford was better!!
