MARTIN RILEY has joined Wrexham from their Blue Square Bet Premier rivals Mansfield Town.
Riley, 25, began his career with hometown club Wolverhampton Wanderers but was released without making a first-team appearance in 2008.
He subsequently had a brief spell with Shrewsbury Town prior to joining Kidderminster Harriers following the conclusion of the 2007/08 season.
The centre-back was a regular in at Aggborough for two seasons but left the Harriers in the summer of 2010 and linked up with former Kiddy boss Mark Yates at Cheltenham Town.
After making 29 starts for the Robins during the 2010/11 campaign he dropped back into the Non-League game, signing for Mansfield Town on a one-year deal.
He featured 28 times for the Stags in the Conference last term and says he will look back positively on his time at Field Mill.
Writing on Twitter, he said: “Will leave the club and the town with very fond memories and wish everyone at the club the best.”
