National League Preview – Tranmere Rovers must avoid defeat at Dover Athletic to keep title hopes alive

Macclesfield Town will clinch the title this evening if Tranmere Rovers lose at Dover Athletic.
The Silkmen are ten points clear with two games to play but Tranmere have played two games less and can still catch the leaders.
Micky Mellon’s side head to play-off hopefuls Dover, who are two points off seventh spot and will be desperate to take advantage of this fixture which is their game in hand.
The Whites have won just once in their last five while Tranmere have picked up four consecutive victories.
At the other end of the table, rock-bottom Guiseley will be relegated if their fail to beat , who are also fighting for their National League status.
Barrow sit just inside the relegation zone by a point but have two games in hand on Woking above them.
