Corby Town have completed the signing of Gary Mulligan from Southern League Central rivals Kettering Town.
The 33-year-old centre-back brings a wealth of Football League experience to Steel Park having previously represented the likes of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Gillingham and Northampton Town.
Mulligan has been plying his trade in Non-League since he left the Cobblers for Gateshead in 2010. He then went on to represent Brackley Town and Dunstable before joining Kettering in 2015.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Corby Town boss Steve Kinniburgh said, “I’ve been chasing Mullers as one of my main transfer targets this summer and I’m delighted to get him on board.
“He will add vast experience to the squad and he will also be the club captain next season”.
