National League North club Chester have completed the signing of George Green from league rivals Nuneaton.
The midfielder hit the headlines in 2011 when he left Bradford City to join Everton at the age of 15 for a reported fee of £300,0000.
Green found first team opportunities hard to come by at Goodison Park and spent time on loan with Tranmere before joining Oldham Athletic in 2015.
Moves to Burnley, Kilmarnock and Salford City followed before Green chanced his luck outside of England by joining Norwegian Premier League side Viking FK.
After his contract was terminated with Viking midway through last season, Green spent the latter part of the last campaign with Nuneaton where he scored twice in 14 appearances.
The midfielder has joined the Blues on a one-year deal with the option of a second year
