Rob Sinclair has left Oxford City following a change in personal circumstances.
The influential midfielder has had his contract terminated by mutual agreement after travelling to the club at least three times a week from his home in Bedford has become too much coupled with his new-born child and recently opened business.
Sinclair has made 53 appearances in a season and half for Oxford and scoring 15 goals.
He took a particular liking to the FA Cup, notching five goals, including an equaliser against Notts County in the first round last season and two in their FA Cup fourth qualifying replay against Hemel Hempstead last week that helped to book City a date with Tranmere Rovers.
The club added: “A huge thank you to all you have done in your time at the club, and we wish you all the best in the future.”
