Dover Athletic boss Andy Hessenthaler has re-signed Ricky Modeste in a bid to boost his side’s survival hopes.
The Whites chief added strength to his midfield ranks last Thursday with the signing of Joe Bedford from Southend United.
And he’s followed that up by securing the return of former fans’ favourite Modeste, who arrives back at Crabble after leaving Billericay.
Modeste, 30, made 150 appearances for Whites between 2012 and 2017, and has signed an 18-month contract. He is also a full Grenada international.
Dover sit just inside the National League relegation zone, two points adrift of safety.
