Wingate & Finchley are looking for their fourth manager of the season after axing Glen Little.
The former Burnley and Reading midfielder joined the Blues as Nicky Shorey’s assistant manager, but soon found himself in the hotseat.
Shorey left suddenly after three games leaving Little to take over, guiding the club to their best ever run in the FA Trophy.
However, their league form has taken a downturn in recent months and they find themselves inside the Bostik Premier relegation zone.
Former director of football Dave Norman will oversee football operations in the short term while the club searches for a fourth manager of the campaign after Keith Rowland was sacked in October.
Chairman Aron Sharpe said: “Glen helped us hugely in our hour of need and I cannot talk highly enough about him, so I can only thank him. However a different approach was now needed to try and maintain our place in the division so a difficult decision had to be made.”
