WISBECH TOWN remain top of the table after Adam Millson’s dramatic 93rd minute winner handed them a 2-1 away victory over struggling FC Clacton.
A Liam Springett penalty had earlier put the home side in front but the league leaders hit back through a spot kick of their own scored by Chris Bacon before Millson grabbed the winner. The result leaves FC Clacton in the relegation places, four points adrift of safety.
Second placed Mildenhall Town secured a 2-1 away win over Norwich United thanks to two goals in the last five minutes from Chris Thomas and Andrew Wood.
Mildenhall have now won eight of their ten league games and trail Wisbech by just one point.
Kevin Coyle, Danny Slatter and Lewis Bentley were all on target as Stanway Rovers recorded a comfortable 3-0 home victory against bottom side Felixstowe & Walton United.
Kirkley & Pakefield moved up to sixth with a vital 2-1 away success against CRC.
Wivenhoe Town climb out of the drop zone after running out 3-0 winners at home to Woodbridge Town.
