ALTRINCHAM missed the chance to record back-toback wins for the first time this season with a frustrating goalless draw with fellow strugglers Stalybridge Celtic.
The bottom two sides both went into this game on the back of a win, but neither team started well in a first half limited to long shots flying wide.
However, the Robins came out firing after the break and should’ve been ahead as James Lawrie’s free header struck the post, and Andrew Owens somehow failed to turn the rebound over the line from two yards.
