■AN unusual winner ten minutes from time from Anthony Malbon saw Kidsgrove win at home.
The hosts went behind in the eighth minute as they could not clear and the ball fell to James Gregory, who kept his calm to slot past Chris Martin.
Sheffield were applying the pressure with Ross Davidson having to clear off the line 12 minutes later, but Kidsgrove hit back when Kyle Diskin somehow hit the bar from Harry Clayton’s drilled cross.
Just before half-time they were level when Aaron Johns latched onto a loose ball after Marc Grocott did well to beat the defender.
