LEEKcontinued their push for honours with this fine victory.
Sam Grimshaw opened the scoring with a welltaken strike that gave visiting keeper Sam Donkin no chance.
The Blues then had to defend well as Stamford responded before extending their lead on 22 minutes when leading scorer Tim Grice blasted home from the penalty spot.
Stamford pulled a goal back 13 minutes into the second half when Grant Ryan found the net from close-range.
