■LEADERS Shaw Lane retained their three-point lead over second-placed Witton by breaking down a stubborn Chasetown.
The home side were grateful to goalkeeper Jon Stewart for getting them to the interval on level terms as he did well to stop Mitchell Piggon’s attempt to slide the ball under him.
And Lane took the lead three minutes after the restart through Kelvin Lugsden. But the striker failed to double the advantage when Chasetown goalkeeper Curtis Pond saved his penalty.
Piggon prevented what looked a certain score by clearing off the line but in the final minut...
