A CRUCIAL late goal for Wanderers kept the South title race alive as James McShane tapped in following a goalmouth scramble in the 86th minute.
The game was uneventful in the first half, but after the break Dorking pressed hard and soon won a penalty when McShane was brought down.
Guiseppe Sole blasted the ball over the bar, which led to a tense niggly spell until the late breakthrough.
Beckles and Beecroft remained solid for Wanderers as they kept their sixth consecutive clean sheet.
