CHORLEYsqueezed into the play-offs but needed a helping hand from Gloucester City, who denied Stockport victory in a tense finale.
The scoreline here does not fully reflect the pattern of this rough-and-tumble contest which the visitors won courtesy of a gift goal and a penalty in added time.
In-between these goals, the Shaymen were forced to defend for long periods. But they stood strong and Chorley rarely threatened to score despite persistent second-half pressure.
