A HAT-trick by Matt Price helped earn Brentwood their first win of the season.
The Blues raced into a three-goal lead by the 37th minute with Price converting a penalty after 19 minutes and Harrison Georgiou and Andy Freeman also finding the net.
Lawrence Cheese reduced the arrears for Norwich three minutes before half time and made it 3-2 through Ben Jones in the 58th minute.
But Price scored a penalty before a fine finish on the break for this third late on.
