ADAN Walker double secured all three points for Farnborough who secured their first home league win of the season with a narrow victory over a determined St Ives Town.
St Ives could have taken an early lead when the unmarked Tom McGowan headed wide from inside the box.
Walker too came close to opening the scoring when he got on the end of Perry Coles’ deep freekick, but his shot cannoned back off the woodwork.
Neat hold-up play from Connor Calcutt saw him feed through Walker who calmly smashed home to put Farnborough 1-0 up.
