ST ALBANS secured their progress at the expense of Western Premier side Bridport.
The hosts took the lead in the 24th minute when Shaun Lucien, on for the injured Kieran Monlouis, cut inside from the right and struck a ferocious drive from 20 yards.
St Albans doubled their lead six minutes later when Percy Kiangebeni went on a mazy run, beating two defenders, and hitting an effort from the edge of the box that went through the hands of the goalkeeper.
