EASTLEIGH’S ongoing pitch problems took a chaotic turn yesterday as the Spitfires’ home game with Chester was postponed little more than two hours before kick-off.
The Blues’ team bus was only a few minutes away from the Silverlake Stadium and a handful of away supporters had already arrived by the time the decision was announced.
