STALYBRIDGE continued their climb up the Evo-Stik Premier League table as they put Matlock to the sword.
They recorded their third win in four games after dominating possession throughout.
Liam Dickinson opened the scoring on 24 minutes after Alex Honeyball chased what looked to be a lost cause on the left, and whipped in a cross for Celtic’s leading scorer to hook home his ninth goal.
Theo Bailey-Jones and Oli Roberts both went close as Celtic looked to emphasise their superiority.
