SPALDING UNITED are mourning the loss of a “greatly cherished supporter” and vicepresident Jack Goddard at the age of 94.
Jack has been a lifelong fan of the Evo-Stik South Tulips and last attended a game on the season opener against Corby.
A club statement read: “Thoughts, prayers and sympathies from everyone in Tulipsville go out to Jack’s daughter Carol, son Chris and all Jack’s family and many friends at this poignant time.
