LIAM McDonald says he has no regrets taking the Solihull Moors job – and says he’s going to put the lessons learned into practice at Rushall Olympic.
The 32-year-old was sacked by National League Moors just shy of a year after he took over from Marcus Bignot. McDonald left Step 3 Hednesford Town for his opportunity at Step 1 with the task to keep Moors in the division, which they achieved with a game to spare. But a slow start to the new season – not helped by injuries – saw the club make a change.
