PLYMOUTH Parkway’s superb start to their season continued apace in front of a 435-strong crowd at a damp Bolitho Park.
The South West Peninsula League leaders overcame their mid-table divisional rivals who finished with only ten men. This followed the sending off of Bodmin Town midfielder Chris McPhee following a second caution on 45 minutes. Yet Adam Carter’s penalty after only eight minutes and Ben Watson’s stunning strike after 26 minutes had threatened to upset the odds.
