EGHAM secured a point at Hillgrounds after coming from two down thanks to Brendan Matthew’s double. Kempston were much the better team in the first half and took the lead with Ben Shepherd’s inch-perfect free-kick after 18 minutes. The lead was doubled on 36 minutes as Robbie Goodman met Ash Fuller’s free-kick to head home.
In the second half the visitors improved massively and pulled one back seven minutes into the half. A massive goalmouth scramble from a corner ended with Matthew poking the ball home. The comeback was complete...
