AN EARLY goal from Clayton McDonald was enough to give Nantwich Town the victory on a cold afternoon in South Cheshire.
Despite clawing back into the game in the second half, Chris Hardy’s men couldn’t find an equaliser to take a point back to Whitby. The Dabbers took the lead after four minutes as they won a free-kick on the left side of goal.
