■A RAFT of late chances fell Cinderford Town’s way but they could not find the breakthrough to complete a surprise comeback against Salisbury.
Town had thrown away two-goal leads in successive games before Salisbury’s arrival to the Forest of Dean, but were given no such chance as their former onloan forward Zack Kotwica broke the deadlock on 17 minutes. Kotwica linked up brilliantly with strike partner Stuart Green to net past Joe Perry.
