NUNEATON secured a big win against their relegation rivals to spoil Chris Bolder’s Ferriby party.
The Villagers’ new manager will take heart from his side’s first-half display, but it was a disappointing result as Boro dominated the secnd period.
The first-half was relatively even though it was Nuneaton who looked the more threatening.
Ferriby keeper Ross Durrant made two good saves to deny Jordan Nicholson and Brad Gascoigne.
Ferriby played some good football going forward but offered little in the way of goal threat.
