SHEFFIELD FC lost to relegation contenders Gresley in a disappointing afternoon for the hosts.
Matthew Melbourne headed Gresley into an early lead before Danny Quinn doubled up in the second half.
The opener came from an out-swinging free-kick from Sean Phillips, landing on the head of Melbourne in the six-yard box.
Completely unmarked, he neatly nodded past Jones to give the away side the lead.
