■EGHAM rode out the controversial dismissal of striker Marcus Mealing early in the second half to record a league double over their struggling visitors.
Egham took the lead in the 43rd minute through Jordan Fredericks’ excellent finish from Callum Webb’s pass.
Hanwell pressed the Sarnies for most of the second period.
But Egham’s defence held firm – despite being a man light – aided by an excellent performance from keeper Aaron Bufton.
