■CARSHALTON finally wore down a stubborn Sittingbourne to go fifth. A tight first half featured the Robins dominating but the opening goal came only in the 44th minute.
Ola Sogbanmu was felled in the box and Mickel Miller beat the dive of Harry Brooks from the spot.
The pair faced off again just after the hour as Tommy Bradford won a penalty, and this time Miller sent Brooks the wrong way.
Sittingbourne failed to call Billy Bishop into any real action and Miller sealed victory and his hat-trick with a late curled effort.
