FARNBOROUGH have turned to a club legend and the brother of a Premier League star in a bid to stem the flow of goals conceded.
Spencer Day’s men have leaked four goals or more on no fewer than nine occasions so far this season, including a 7-1 defeat at Redditch United and 6-0 at Weymouth in January alone.
Now, Day has moved to shore it up by bringing in two new goalkeepers ahead of yesterday’s visit of Evo-Stik Southern Premier high-flyers Hereford.
