■ LEAGUE leaders AFC Hornchurch were held to a draw at home by Tilbury.
In a somewhat lacklustre first-half, chances were few and far between, right until good work by Theo Fairweather-Johnson, playing the ball to George Purcell, who crossed to the far post where Chris Assombalonga scored from close range.
Horncburch had a scare in the second half when, following a goalmouth scramble the ball came hit the bar.
But Tilbury equalised in fortunate circumstances when a shot from Harry Norman eluded everyone and ended up in the net.
