A VERY late equaliser by Jorell Johnson robbed Banbury of three points.
The Puritans almost took the lead after ten minutes when a cross from Tom Winters found captain Ricky Johnson on the far post and his header was brilliantly saved by Martin Bennett.
Debutant Banbury goalkeeper Martin Heldman, on loan from QPR, made a brilliant save diving to his left to deny Mitchel Weiss.
But, after 30 minutes, Heldman was booked for handling the ball outside out of his area.
