BEN Middleton scored an own goal and was then sent off in a fiery match as Boston United lost at York City.
The on-loan Harrogate Town right back, making his second debut for the Pilgirms, put through his own net on 73 minutes and was then dismissed in stoppage time after hacking down home sub Raul Correia.
His marching orders came moments after team-mate Andi Thanoj was dismissed for retaliating to a Simon Heslop lunge that also saw the York man ordered off for a second bookable offence. It was a fiery end to a previously lifeless match.
