WREXHAM began life after Dean Keates by extending their unbeaten run, but were made to settle for a point at Woking.
Joint-caretaker boss Andy Davies was pleased at how the Dragons stuck to the task after losing their boss just 24 hours before kick-off to his boyhood club Walsall.
But there’s little time to dwell in this promotion push and this point makes it 14 games without defeat.
Woking went ahead through Josh Staunton’s header, his first goal for the club, before Paul Rutherford equalised before the break.
