FORMER Gosport Borough assistant manager Carl Bennett has been given the job of saving Folland Sports from relegation.
The Planemakers are several points adrift at the bottom of Sydenhams Wessex One having won only three out of 27 games at the time of Bennett’s appointment.
Bennett, who has previously managed Whitchurch United and Romsey Town, has replaced former Folland reserves boss Bradley Harthill.
He has named goalkeeping coach Martin Coe, who was once on Southampton’s books, as his assistant.
