England v Costa Rica at Elland Road

THE CONIFA Cup sounds like a great competition but why is it just confined to Non-League grounds in and around London?
I understand it’s perhaps easier for the tournament organisers to keep it all in the one region, but in the week when England successfully hosted their friendly against Costa Rica as Leeds United’s Elland Road, it would have been nice if they could have played some matches around the country.
