FORMER Reading YMCA manager Glen Goudie is the new man in charge at Wallingford Town.
Goudie has replaced Duncan Mitchell who has stepped down after seven years in charge of the Hellenic Division One East outfit due to work constraints.
Andy Silver will be staying on as his assistant manager, while Mitchell will remain actively involved with the club.
The club had intended to appoint from within but reserve team boss Arthur Morris was set to emigrate to the USA.
Goudie has also been with Abingdon United and Thatcham Town.
