WESTON-SUPERMARE are marooned at the bottom of the table after gifting a late equaliser to Oxford City.
The Seagulls were on course for their first win of the season after Jarrad Welch whipped a wonderful strike into the net with 18 minutes to play, but a moment of dismal defending on 82 minutes allowed Kabongo Tshimanga to stab home from close range to snatch a point.
