TONBRIDGE ANGELS maintained their unbeaten start, and remain league leaders, although they conceded their first league goal of the season in the process.
Angels wingers Adem Ramadan and Joe Turner were in fine form, causing many problems throughout the game for the Wingate defence.
And the hosts were not over-disrupted when playmaker Tom Beere was stretchered off in the 19th minute after landing badly on his knee.
They went ahead in the 32nd minute, when Tom Parkinson headed home Jack Parter’s cross.
