BATH City gave manager Jerry Gill the perfect birthday present at Twerton Park with a convincing win over Hungerford Town.
The Crusaders’ Romone Rose struck wide in an otherwise uneventful opening first quarter-hour.
Having been denied a penalty minutes earlier, City were awarded one when Ross Stearn was adjudged to have been toppled over by Tarik Moore-Azille and Ryan Brunt smashed the resultant spot-kick past Liam Driscoll.
